Up & Coming Trends: Exposed Bras

When I sat down with Free People's President, Meg Hayne, she told me one of her favorite up and coming trends is the exposed bra. She loves lace detailing and caged bras especially!Meg said she loves not only low armholes, but also exaggerated low backs and even plunging necklines.The word that she used to describe this look is 'provocative,' but that is not to be confused with what she said is, "Some college girl who wants to wear a tight dress to show off her body. To me, Fall is the best season as far as fashion. It is a transitional season from warm to cooler weather where you can get away with basically any outfit you'd like. My favorite thing to do is layer summer dresses under sweaters and tunics.

Monochromatic white outfits have been abundant on the runways lately from designers like Alberta Ferrertti and Ellery. The look can be achieved by pairing different shades of white and cream together in an outfit. Tops and bottoms can be either boxy or flowy, but try to keep most accessories structural, otherwise you may look lost in the outfit. Also keep in mind texture and fabric.
